We welcome you back for another term of Taekwondo classes and look forward to seeing you at taekwondo training from February 1.
We plan to make 2012 a very successful year for Black Taekwondo Ringwood and Healesville (and affilliate clubs) and we have introduced some changes that will improve the quality of classes and the organisation of our Melbourne Taekwondo club.
There will also be additional social Taekwondo activities this year to help keep you motivated and enthusiastic.
There are some things that we would ask you to take note of.
1/ Taekwondo Timetable, please read the new Taekwondo classes timetable as some times and sessions have changed.
2/ Taekwondo Membership Fees The yearly membership fee for Black Taekwondo will now include a free Black Taekwondo T Shirt and Taekwondo Training Manual. It is necessary for all members to renew their Black Taekwondo membership each year.
3/ Taekwondo Training Fees, due to the high cost of maintaining a Direct Debit System we have decided to suspend this until further notice. The new fee structure will mean that students will have 3 different options to pay for their training fees;
a) 10 session Cards
b) Half Year
c) Yearly
All fees are available to view on the Black Taekwondo timetable.
4/ Taekwondo Registration Days, We now require all students to register and pay their fees prior to commencing Taekwondo training, so we have set aside registration days and times for this purpose. They are:
- Wednesday 1st Feb 4pm to 6pm,
- Saturday 4th February 11.30 to 12.30pm
- Monday 6th February 4pm to 6pm
Please note that students will not be able to attend Taekwondo classes until their fees have been paid.
5/ Extreme Heat Policy
The venue is air-conditioned and is very comfortable on most days. However for the safety of the students if the weather forecast is 40 + then the classes will not run.
These improvements and many others should help ensure that Black Taekwondo will continue to play a leading role on the stage of Melbourne Taekwondo and continue to be recognized both nationally and internationally as one of, if not ‘the’ best club in Melbourne Taekwondo.
